⁵ So He was not able to do any miracles^[a](A) there, except that He laid His hands on^(B) a few sick^(C) people and healed^(D) them. ⁶ And He was amazed^(E) at their unbelief.^(F)

Commissioning the Twelve

Now He was going around the villages in a circuit, teaching.^{(G) 7} He^(H) summoned^(I) the Twelve^(J) and began to send^(K) them out in pairs and gave them authority over unclean^(L) spirits.^(M)
